Do you perform Wind Mitigation Inspections?

No. We are a structural mitigation company. A Wind Mitigation Inspection is simply a report that tells you what your home currently has. We provide the Third Nail Mitigation service—the actual structural work (roof strapping/strapping) required to fix a failing report and secure your discounts.

What is "Roof Strapping" or "Hurricane Straps"?

These are terms homeowners often use for Roof-to-Wall attachments. If your inspection says you only have "Toenails" or "2 Nails," your home is at risk. We install the 3rd Nail into those existing straps to lock your roof to the walls of your home.

Why did my insurance agent tell me I need a "Third Nail"?

In Florida, insurance carriers are mandated to give you a massive discount (up to 50%) if your roof is secured with at least 3 nails per strap. If your report shows only 2 nails, you are paying a "penalty" rate. Third Nail Mitigation removes that penalty forever.
